The idea for providing the personalised wine label product came after the owner Bart Isbey met a Golden Oldies Rugby Team member that funded travel by selling its own special edition port. Bart decided to use his extensive business experience to provide a service to his past business colleagues by offering personalised wine.
Bart has seen a huge change over the years in terms of the quality of wines being produced, especially in latter years where the quality is un-surpassed. The Oak & Whale Personalised Wines uses only top wines, at all budget levels from well known and respected wineries and vineyards from throughout New Zealand.
We work with some of New Zealand’s leading wineries including Trinity Hill, Peregrine, Babich, Coopers Creek, Crossroads and Rongopai Wines. Our gourmet food products for our wooden hamper and gift boxes are supplied by the well-known New Zealand brand Kato.
Bart is extremely pleased to offer Matakana Olive Oil as part of the newly expanded range of products. The Oak & Whale are the only company offering this boutique and delicious Olive Oil with a personalised label.
